Terms of Service: Anonymous Mail Doesn’t Mean You’re Above Accountability
Using OrbForward means you agree to these rules. The service helps reduce unnecessary email exposure and must not be used for fraud, harassment, evading platform restrictions, or violating others’ rights.
Terms at a glance
These are the four boundaries you should understand before using the service. The full terms below explain eligibility, availability, content responsibility, and termination.
Account responsibility
You must protect browser tokens, email verification codes, and dynamic keys, and you are responsible for actions performed with your credentials.
Capacity limits
Temporary addresses last up to 24 hours, forwarding archives up to 30 days, and messages over 100 MB in total are rejected.
Enforcement
For abuse, attacks, or unlawful activity, we may rate-limit access, suspend aliases, reject messages, or terminate access while retaining necessary evidence.
Permitted uses
- Isolating download, trial, and one-time verification marketing risks
- Assigning separate forwarding aliases for shopping, subscriptions, or partnerships
- Testing email delivery flows for systems you own or are authorized to test
- Reducing exposure of your real email address where lawful
Uses that may lead to suspension
- Sending or assisting with fraud, phishing, extortion, harassment, or malware
- Mass registration, ban evasion, event manipulation, or impersonation
- Infringing privacy or intellectual property, or evading lawful investigations
- Scanning, attacking, reverse-engineering, disrupting the service, or consuming abnormal resources
Features and limits
These limits help maintain availability and reduce abuse; they do not guarantee email delivery, retention, or recovery.

Eligibility and acceptance
You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter this agreement independently, or have consent from a legal guardian. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, stop using temporary email and leave the forwarding console. Continuing to access or use features means you accept the terms then in effect and the product limits clearly shown on the page.
Service description and availability
We provide one-time receiving addresses, anonymous forwarding aliases, short-term archives, and related security controls. Service may be delayed, interrupted, or messages may be rejected due to maintenance, networks, sender policies, spam filtering, or third-party infrastructure.
We do not guarantee that every website accepts temporary addresses, or that every message will arrive or be recoverable. Do not use short-term addresses for important accounts, financial notices, medical matters, government services, or irreplaceable identity-recovery processes.
Your content and responsibilities
Email content is generally provided by third-party senders, so you must assess whether links, attachments, and requests are trustworthy. You retain rights to your lawful content and grant us only the processing permissions necessary to receive, filter, display, forward, and secure the service.
You must not use someone else’s email as an unauthorized forwarding destination or use an alias to impersonate an unrelated person or organization. The user who violates these rules is responsible for consequences arising from breaches of law, contract, or third-party rights.
Security, rate limits, and enforcement
Keep browser access tokens, email verification codes, and two-step verification keys secure. Do not share or automatically collect credentials. If you suspect a credential leak, immediately replace the temporary address, suspend the relevant alias, and contact us.
To protect the platform, we may apply rate limits, content filtering, reputation checks, and capacity controls. Where there is an urgent risk, a clear unlawful request, or an ongoing breach of these terms, we may restrict or terminate relevant features without prior notice.
Intellectual property and feedback
OrbForward’s site software, interface, brand assets, and original documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless expressly permitted by law, you must not copy our branding, bypass technical measures, or present the interface as a misleading affiliated service.
We may use suggestions you submit to improve the service without owing compensation. Suggestions should not contain confidential information you are not authorized to disclose, and receiving a suggestion does not give us rights to any of your other content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Anonymous aliases reduce email exposure but cannot guarantee anonymity, freedom from tracking, or protection from cyberattacks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Where some jurisdictions do not allow all exclusions or limitations, this section applies only to the extent permitted by local law.
Changes, termination, and contact
We may adjust features and terms for security, regulatory, capacity, or product-improvement reasons. Material changes will update the effective date and be communicated in a reasonable manner. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the service and delete controllable data.
If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect; failing to enforce a right immediately does not waive it. For questions about these terms, abuse reports, or account issues, contact support@orbforward.com.
