Do I really not need to sign up for a disposable email?
Correct. The homepage creates a 3-hour address immediately and stores its access token in your current browser. If you clear browser data or switch devices, the original inbox may not be recoverable.
Will refreshing the page change my email address?
No. As long as the address is still valid and the local access token exists, the page restores the same inbox. Clicking “Get a new address” creates a new address and deactivates the old one.
Why can I use it for only 24 hours?
Disposable email is designed for short-term relationships, with a maximum lifespan of 24 hours after creation. For anything longer, a pausable and deletable email alias is more reliable.
Can a disposable email receive attachments?
Disposable email does not retain attachments, and messages over 100MB are rejected. For attachments and long-term records, use anonymous forwarding and review the retention limits for each file size.
Why didn’t my real email open automatically?
Unread messages don’t open automatically because opening a message marks it as read. New messages appear in the list on the left, and you decide when to read them.
